Customer Checklist

We make it easy.

1 Prepare Your Document(s)
  • Review the Document: Ensure your document is complete and ready for notarization. Fill out the document as much as possible, but do not sign it yet; the notary must witness your signature.
  • Understand Your Document: Know the purpose of your document and the type of notarial act required (e.g., acknowledgment, jurat). If unsure, consult with the party requesting the notarization or a legal advisor.
2 Bring Proper Identification
  • Valid ID: Bring a government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, state ID card, or passport. The ID must be current or issued within the last five years and contain your signature and photograph.
3 Know Your Next Steps
  • Follow-up Actions: Be aware of any additional steps required after notarization, such as mailing the document to a specific party or filing it with a government agency.

By preparing these three key items, customers can ensure a smooth and efficient notarization process, making it as easy as 1, 2, 3.
